This is a 100% remote position
, which means you can work from anywhere in the worldfrom the comfort of your home or remote office. You arewelcomed here as you bring: 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (preferable at a top staffing agency or recruitment consultancy); Record of successfully leading teams of seniorrecruiters and sourcers as a Team Leader; Hunter mentality and a history of bringing qualityclients through your business development; Excellentknowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices); Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. socialmedia recruiting and Boolean search); Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases; Excellent data-driven communication and interpersonalskills; Abilityto set your priorities right, be proactive and show the initiative. As a Senior Recruiter/ Partner, you will: Manage a team of world-class recruiters and sourcers and help with our Talent Acquisition; Actively develop our business by bringing quality clients; Partnerwith customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives aswell as hiring needs as a Senior Key Account Manager; Designand customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements; Developand update job descriptions and job specifications; Sourceand recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc; Presentshortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries; Offerguidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion; Collaboratewith hiring managers and provide training as needed; Networkand build long-lasting client relationships; Contributeto further development, change management in the company; Promotethe company’s reputation as a great place to work.
