Overview The Social Media Analyst will actively participate in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns, supporting performance-driven strategies across multiple platforms while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.
Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Manage budgets, pacing, and daily optimizations
Analyze results and prepare performance reports using Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools
Support the implementation and validation of tracking (pixels, events, conversions)
Work closely with internal media, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success
Ensure campaigns follow platform best practices and internal quality standards
Qualifications Mandatory Qualifications
Hands‑on experience working with paid social media campaigns
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
English level B2 or higher
Good to Have Skills / Knowledge
Experience with other paid social platforms
Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital KPIs
Experience working with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
Process‑oriented mindset and interest in continuous improvement
