Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SCC solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP SCC configurations. Work with SAP backend teams to ensure smooth integration and data exchange between SAP SCC and other SAP modules. Engage with suppliers to onboard them onto the SAP SCC platform, providing training and support as needed. Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP SCC solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements. Handle exception management, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to SAP SCC operations. Conduct regular reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
