What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate the development of tactical member communications (letters, postcards, flyers, emails, etc.) ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion
Collaborate with internal and external clients to gather feedback and secure approvals for member communications
Identify and maintain key internal relationships to support the delivery of member communication priorities
Translate client requests into marketing strategy briefs for member or B2B marketing materials
Manage projects for both routine and complex member communication jobs, ensuring timely delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; High School diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing, public relations, or advertising agency roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Work experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or the healthcare industry
Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, and related regulations
