What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage day-to-day sales activities and overall customer relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, as well as residential and commercial woodworkers
Engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in-person and virtually, serving as a business advisor to customers
Plan and optimize sales calls while tracking activities using the CRM program
Conduct regular in-person visits to customers three to four days per week
Occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales, preferably outside sales within the building materials or construction industries
Eager to learn with a passion for providing solutions and achieving sales growth
Knowledge or experience in building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc.
Highly motivated and able to self-direct while managing time and responsibilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Previous experience working in the field with direct customer interactions
