Bud Cross Ford is seeking a hands‑on , highly creative Creative Marketing Director to lead content production, strengthen our digital presence, and shape the visual identity of our dealership. If you’re someone who loves creating — video, graphics, photography, social content, and campaign ideas — this role offers full creative freedom and the opportunity to leave a real mark on a trusted Texas brand. What You’ll Do (Primary Creative Responsibilities) Produce high‑quality videos, graphics, and photos for social media, web, advertising, and in‑store branding Manage and grow all social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) through consistent, engaging content Build and execute monthly content calendars with new ideas and themed campaigns Shoot and edit content for vehicle highlights, events, promotions, and community involvement Maintain brand consistency and elevate the dealership’s visual presence Create event graphics, highlight reels, recap videos, and real‑time social storytelling Capture photos/videos for new and pre‑owned inventory Design and oversee in‑store creative displays, seasonal themes, and showroom décor Secondary Marketing Responsibilities Manage relationships with digital vendors and service providers Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital ad campaigns Maintain and update website content (banners, specials, graphics, inventory media) Track content performance and adjust creative strategy for growth Support events, giveaways, community partnerships, and dealership promotions Who We’re Looking For A creative powerhouse with strong skills in video editing, photography, and design A proactive self‑starter who works well independently and thrives on bringing ideas to life Detail‑oriented with high standards for quality and storytelling Passionate about social media trends, short‑form content, and visual branding Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Strong communicator who can collaborate across departments Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and digital media Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar creative tools Experience managing and growing social media pages 2–4 years of creative, marketing, or media production experience Nice to Have Automotive or retail marketing experience Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO Skills with Canva, CapCut, or similar quick‑turn tools What We Offer Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays A supportive, family‑owned environment Creative freedom and room to grow the brand All necessary tools and equipment provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
