Design Consultant Renewal by Andersen

We invite Design Consultants to join our Orange County team. This role delivers a world?class homeowner experience through in?home sales consultations lasting about 90 minutes. You will showcase the value of Renewal by Andersens exclusive product and installation process while engaging 8?12 appointments per week.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct in?home sales consultations, leveraging an iPad and augmented reality to design and build window and door replacement solutions.
• Follow established Renewal Sales and measurement processes through to completion, submitting necessary contracts and paperwork for each project.
• Drive a personal vehicle and travel up to 1,8002,500 miles per month to in?home appointments.
• Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, trainings, and branch meetings.
• Use required company?designated software, systems, and technology tools, complying with all related security and confidentiality policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong persuasive skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, visibly passionate about providing a world?class homeowner experience.
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
• Positive mental attitude and drive to exceed goals in a competitive industry.
• Basic computer and iPad skills.
• Valid state motor vehicle operators license and/or ability to obtain an in?home state license.
• Ability to routinely lift/move items up to 53 pounds and perform frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, and climbing stairs.
• Meet and maintain company sales metrics and performance expectations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent OR minimum 2 years of experience.
