We are seeking a journeyman or senior level Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to join our team to support the IFMC AMD Mission Command Product Office, a government program office responsible for the development of Foreign Military Sales programs.
Responsibilities
Provide executive-level briefings to potential foreign partners to showcase the capabilities and advantages of the Army’s Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS).
Respond to Letters of Request (LORs) by delivering Requests for Information (RFI), Price and Availability (P&A), and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data.
Track program and project status and schedules, applying financial planning policies and procedures.
Perform program management, technical, and business case analyses, and evaluate program requirements, budget, status, and schedules.
Support the overall Program Management Office (PMO) by participating in meetings, coordinating agendas and boards, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM program.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Significant experience and technical understanding of IBCS.
Demonstrated experience engaging and briefing executive-level staff and foreign partners.
Understanding of foreign military sales processes is desired.
Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes.
Highly organized, flexible, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet suspense.
Ability to work with minimal guidance, using knowledge, ingenuity, and innovation to complete tasks.
Periodic travel to attend meetings and brief foreign partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills, and enthusiasm; ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
Active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it.
