divh2About The Role/h2pThe Employee Relations Consultant (ERC) is a member of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Team with a primary responsibility of performing investigations of complaints alleging workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace violence, and other violations of Northeast Georgia Health Systems (NGHS) workplace policies. In the absence of active formal investigations, the ERC engages in other day-to-day employee relations work, including but not limited to consulting with employees and management on workplace matters, workplace policy interpretations and conflict resolution.
