Join J. Boren & Sons Trucking as an Owner Operator in either Solo or Team configurations and receive a sign‑on bonus.

Pay and Load Structure
Solo Owner Operators:
Earn $3,450 per week + FSC
Average 2,500 miles per week
Team Owner Operators:
Earn $7,975 per week + FSC
Average 5,500 miles per week
Empty Miles (Solo & Teams): $0.80 CPM + FSC
$300 reimbursement for orientation
$1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)

Job Requirements
Must be at least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
Have at least 2 years of experience
Must own own truck
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No more than 3 non‑DOT preventable accidents
No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
No failed drug or alcohol tests
Referrals increase your chance of interviewing at J. Boren & Sons Trucking by 2×.
