Web Sales Specialist – Memphis Part Boutique. Part Warehouse. 100% Bella Vita. Bella Vita is looking for a Web Sales Specialist to join our Memphis team, serving as the heartbeat between our boutique storefront and our warehouse. If your talents lie in wrapping orders with care, making customers feel seen (even through a screen), and keeping digital shelves as pristine as our in-store displays, you may be just who we're looking for. The words are not included here; Add to Cart is always in the shopping experience for our online store. This role emphasizes fulfillment-first work, with approximately 80% of your time spent picking, prepping, and packaging orders with precision and Southern charm. The rest of the time is spent supporting our online presence through product uploads, special web projects, and helping bring Bella Vita's signature aesthetic to life online. Daily Duties Include: Pull, prep, and ship customer orders with speed and style Monitor Shopify and help our Fulfillment Specialist Coordinator manage up to 300+ open orders weekly Prepare local pickup and delivery orders promptly Communicate with grace—especially with special order customers Maintain stock of packaging supplies and ensure every box is beautiful Offer first-line customer support via chat and phone Upsell, cross-sell, and recover abandoned carts with a gentle touch Deliver white glove service for large orders and VIPs Bring new ideas to the table—we love innovation! Who You Are: A polished communicator with an eye for detail Organized and proactive—you thrive in fast-paced environments Tech-savvy (especially with Shopify or similar platforms) Enthusiastic about boutique retail and high-touch service Passionate about beautiful things and how they're shared This is a split-location position based in Memphis—spending time between our Germantown boutique and warehouse on Trinity Rd.
