The Hospital Liaison/Marketer will play a vital role in fostering partnerships with local hospitals and healthcare providers. You will work directly with these facilities to ensure smooth patient transitions to our facility, while representing The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing as a trusted care provider. Key Responsibilities Maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers. Educate referral sources about our services and commitment to excellence. Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate referrals. Coordinate patient admissions, ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to our facility. Review medical records and patient histories to make informed decisions about patient care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. Drive marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to expand our referral network. Promote facility services through presentations and networking with referral sources. Cover the Admissions Coordinator position as needed. Travel to local healthcare facilities regularly. Ideal Candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. Self‑driven and passionate about business development and building lasting relationships. Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare preferred; adept at presentations and networking. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
