Job Title: Producer I Location: Remote - West Coast Preferred Pay Range: 40-48/hr What's the Job? Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various content production projects across multiple media formats. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality assets on schedule. Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources, maintaining clear documentation for stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure seamless project execution. Identify process improvements and help document best practices to optimize content workflows. What's Needed? 4+ years of experience in content production, including video, written, audio, or digital media. Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Google Suite tools, especially Docs, Sheets, and Drive structures.
