IMMEDIATE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES $18.50/HR
OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST UTILITY COMPANIES IN THE AREA
8 HOUR SHIFTS WILL BE ASSIGNED FROM 7AM- тәрәқ 630PM EASTERN TIME, ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FULLY FLEXIBLE
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
Qualifications:
2 years of call center experince
Experience managing 60+ inbound phone calls
Microsoft Office proficient
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
As a Service Intake Liaison, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. You will serve as the subject matter expert and real‑time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high‑volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay congenitalrestBenefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
