Are you a proven Leasing Agent who knows how to close leases, connect with residents, and keep the leasing office running smoothly? Vineyard Estates is looking for an experienced, hands-on Leasing Agent ready to make an impact from day one.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the front lines of leasing, takes pride in excellent customer service, and understands the importance of organization, compliance, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
Tour prospective residents and showcase the community
Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork accurately
Support resident retention and lease renewals
Maintain organized leasing files and documentation
Monitor curb appeal, model units, and office presentation
Work closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance team
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulations
Manage EliseAI
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Previous leasing experience required
Affordable housing experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable using property management systems such as Yardi and EliseAI
Flexible availability including weekends
