This role is ideal for seasoned sales reps who value integrity, enjoy consultative selling, and are motivated by purpose as much as by performance. You bring professionalism and empathy to every appointment and are comfortable meeting clients where they are—both geographically and emotionally. Ideal candidate traits: Proven track record of success in outside or in‑home sales High moral and ethical standards; you do the right thing, even when no one is watching Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills Genuine passion for helping families make informed decisions about their future Willingness to travel within your territory and adapt to client schedules, including some evenings or weekends What We Offer

In this consultative outside sales role, you will: Meet with seniors and their families in their homes or via virtual appointments to understand their needs and goals. Present clear, personalized estate planning solutions that align with those needs. Build trust-based relationships by listening first, educating clearly, and guiding clients through the decision-making process. Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure continued satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Manage your schedule and territory to maximize both client impact and personal income.
