Compensation
Solo Owner Operators: Earn $3,450 per week + FSC (average 2,500 miles per week)
Team Owner Operators: Earn $7,975 per week + FSC (average 5,500 miles per week)
Empty Miles (Solo & Teams): $0.80 CPM + FSC
$300 reimbursement for orientation
Option to earn $1 per mile up to 500 miles for bringing a truck to class (no trailer required)

Job Requirements
At least 23 years of age with a valid CDL‑A
Minimum 2 years of experience driving a tractor‑trailer
Must own and maintain their own truck
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No more than 3 non‑DOT preventable accidents
No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
No failed drug or alcohol test
