Retail Merchandising Representatives are responsible for quality performance of retail tasks and objectives to achieve superior results for CROSSMARKs clients and customers./ppEqual Opportunity Employer/ph2Job Description/h2pResponsibilities:/pulliThe adjustment and/or movement of existing product, shelves, and expense fixtures./liliThe refinement (cleaning) of department gondolas, fixtures, shelving, and areas of work./liliSetting departments to planogram utilizing stores supplies/merchandising items and product./liliDisplay clients product pricing./liliUnloading supplies and product from delivery vehicle(s) as needed./liliWork with product as directed by the store./liliSchedules tasks on weekly basis to meet execution objectives./liliExecutes retail merchandising tasks as scheduled./liliPerforms stores/tasks in efficient/cost effective manner./liliAccurately reports all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed./liliCommunicates effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectives./liliCompletes required training and certification programs./liliEngage every work day with CROSSMARKs communication tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work./liliAbility to implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned./liliFlexibility to participate in team scheduled tasks and clients work-withs./liliDedicated to providing excellent customer service and to develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives./liliInsures proper maintenance on all company equipment./liliFollows company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities./li/ulpNote: This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed.
