Entry Level Receptionist
Pridestaff is currently hiring an entry level receptionist for a cabinet company located in Romeoville, IL. Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM (with 1 hour lunch) Pay: $18-$19/HR depending on experience Responsibilities: Greet visitors via phone or in person Answer and refer all inquiries to the appropriate department Accompany customers through the showroom until a sales representative is available if needed. Assist general manager in gathering, researching, and analyzing data Perform routine office duties Backup other departments to include sales, marketing, and accounting Act as the point of contact between other departments to ensure continuity Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in an assistant/administrative role Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to multi task Strong collaboration skills Bilingual is a plus Position is to start asap!
