Data Entry Clerk -100% Remote The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for updating customer accounts, updating accounting profiles, and handling all customer inquiries which may require troubleshooting customer issues. Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

Assist with regulatory compliance matters

Respond to customer inquiries in regards to account status, necessary documentation, and accounting deadlines

Stay updated with service specifications to provide clients with proper guidance

Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

Proficiency with Quickbooks

Qualifications of the Data Entry Clerk:

SAP experience is desired but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of CRM systems is preferred

Strong data entry and typing skills

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
