Position:
Alarm Monitoring Dispatcher, 10 AM - 2:30 PM, Entry Level Training Provided.
Overview As a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of Interface customers by performing scheduled virtual security checks and serving as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries.

Starting Pay Rate $20.00 per hour (not including shift differential).
Location On‑site in office.
Shift Differential
Standard Pay Rate: Core daytime period (6:01 am – 4:59 pm) on business days.
Evening Differential: +$0.50 per hour for hours worked between 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Overnight Differential: +$1.00 per hour for hours worked between 9:01 pm – 6:00 am.
Weekend Differential: +$1.00 per hour for hours worked on Saturdays or Sundays (12:00 am – 11:59 pm).
Monthly Performance Bonus Eligible after 90 days of successful active employment. Earn up to $100.00 bonus awards each month.
Start Dates Available
January 5 2026 (pre‑employment drug screening and background check required).
January 19 2026 (pre‑employment drug screening and background check required).
Responsibilities
Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations to observe vulnerabilities and unusual activities.
Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business opening, closing, or upon customer request.
Communicate with customer locations using two‑way audio/video surveillance technology.
Take appropriate action based on severity or instruction, including contact and dispatching emergency services.
Answer inbound phone calls to resolve, elevate, or support security and system‑related inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system of record.
Comply with policies as stated in the Interface Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain calm and positive demeanor in high‑pressure situations.
Work Environment Operations center with advanced video surveillance, two‑way audio communication, and alarm monitoring software.
