Chargezoom is Salt Lake City's fastest growing Fintech startup, and we are looking for a dynamic, ambitious Product Manager of Data who understands true product ownership from both a financial and personal perspective.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager - Data at Chargezoom, you will work closely with the VP of Product to support the development and execution of our data product strategy. This role is designed for a driven individual eager to take ownership and responsibility of a product in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate has experience and skills in data engineering, architecture, and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Own our strategic fintech data product, be the leader and champion for it, with the opportunity for expansion.
Be the SME for data modeling, defining the data schema, building data pipelines with ETL and data enrichment.
Product owner for all reporting, visualizations, insights, and eventually integration with ML/AI.
Own and drive the initiative to refactor the current data schema into a world-class example of a proper data model and star schema.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
Own the creation and maintenance of all product collateral: documentation, user stories, requirements, and roadmaps.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the VP of Product in strategic planning and execution of product initiatives.
Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in product management at a SaaS startup. Must thrive in an environment of urgency in a high-performance, delivery-focused organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a preferred background in data engineering. Experience defining data models and schematics. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Jira. Passion for fintech and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
We work in our new offices in the Cottonwood Heights area, 5 days a week. Salary & Benefits - $100k-$140k/year
