Assistant Superintendent

Assist the Project Superintendent in managing daily on-site operations during the finishing phase of construction Oversee all interior and exterior finish trades, including but not limited to: Drywall and paint Flooring (tile, hardwood, carpet, luxury vinyl) Millwork, cabinetry, and casework Countertops and solid surface installations Doors, frames, hardware, and specialty glazing Appliances, fixtures, and accessories Ensure luxury finish standards are met or exceeded per plans, specifications, and mockups Coordinate subcontractor activities to maintain proper sequencing and efficient workflow Conduct detailed quality inspections and manage punch list completion for units, amenities, and common areas Enforce strict adherence to approved samples, shop drawings, and finish schedules Proactively identify and resolve constructability, quality, and schedule issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of units and common areas during finishing work Assist with unit turnovers, inspections, and readiness for owner, architect, and xsgimln third-party inspections Monitor subcontractor manpower and productivity to ensure schedule compliance Enforce jobsite safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance Assist with material deliveries, storage, and protection of completed finishes Document progress, deficiencies, and corrective actions through daily reports and photo documentation
