As a top leading company in the window industry, we are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete in home window consultations and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. At The Window Source of Houston, we specialize in installing energy efficient windows, doors and siding.

Responsibilities: Present, promote and sell our window, doors and siding products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Continuously improve through feedback Update CRM system
Work Schedule: A 5-day workweek that may include a Saturday or Sunday. Sundays have historically been one highest closing days. Appointment slots typically start at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM. Sales Representatives are expected to be available for 2-3 pre-scheduled in-home appointments daily and attend in-office sales training sessions once a week.
On the Road: Travel is required. Appointments may be located 30 minutes to 2 hours away.

Compensation & Benefits: Uncapped commissions. Reps can make 100,000-300,000 a year Monthly bonus plans, tiers, and incentives.
Qualifications: Reliable transportation is required. Strong communication and memorization skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Preferred: Experience in direct sales or in-home customer sales. Preferred: Knowledge of home improvement, particularly windows/doors and siding Ability to close deals on a one-call close appointment. Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and managing time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills.
