This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across both field and non-field roles while also leading initiatives focused on employee engagement and retention. The ideal candidate is people-focused, results-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies Implement creative sourcing approaches to attract high-quality, culture-aligned candidates Maintain accurate data within the ATS while ensuring a positive candidate experience Ensure compliance with employment laws and equitable hiring practices Retention & Engagement Design and execute initiatives that drive employee engagement and long-term retention Partner with managers to support onboarding success and employee satisfaction Promote recognition, communication, and engagement programs Collect feedback and analyze trends to support continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in full-cycle xsgimln recruiting or talent acquisition Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications Recruiting experience within construction, industrial, or skilled trades environments Exposure to employee engagement or retention programs Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
