Service Advisor
Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 annually (base + commission/bonus, DOE & performance-based)

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the drive lane and by phone.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service process, from write‑up through vehicle delivery.
Accurately document customer concerns and prepare detailed repair orders.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs—without high‑pressure tactics.
Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, repair status, and timelines.
Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs, costs, and warranty coverage.
Follow up with customers during and after service to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with company and manufacturer standards.
Ensure all repair orders, invoices, and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
Adhere to all company policies, ethical sales practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic
Comfortable using dealership management systems and technology
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
