YOUR DAILY MISSION:
Search for and recruit the best welders, pipefitters, and ship hull assemblers from
non-EU countries
to join our ship repair/construction and industrial projects;
Prepare and publish job advertisements, organize recruitment processes, and conduct job interviews;
Manage the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and smooth recruitment processes;
Develop new candidate sourcing channels – your ideas will be highly welcomed and valued!
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent command of
English and Russian
(used daily when communicating with candidates);
Previous experience in recruitment (preferably international recruitment / working with foreign nationals).
ADVANTAGE:
Experience cooperating with the Migration Department and working with the
MIGRIS
system.
If you have not worked with this before but are motivated and eager to learn – we will provide full training!
