The Role: We’re looking for a driven

Business Development Representative (BDR)

to help fuel growth across healthcare providers, medical billing companies, and pharmacy hubs. You’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, and setting up high-quality opportunities for the sales team. You’re proactive, curious about product and AI, and energized by building pipeline in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

This role is in person in New York City.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)

Partner closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy pipeline

Run targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing

Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and assess fit

Clearly articulate Prosper’s value proposition and secure next-step meetings

Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools

Share market and customer insights with Sales and Product teams

What We’re Looking For

1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role

Strong interest in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or AI

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach

Organized, resilient, and motivated by clear goals and metrics

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally

Eagerness to learn the product, industry, and sales craft quickly

Base: $60,000 - $70,000 + Equity & Benefits (OTE $104,000 - $125,000)
