Local Media Assistant Buyer 2220

This position is for a niche agency that specializes in broadcast television advertising for Attorneys. This entry level candidate will perform specific tasks and aid the Local Media Team. The position will work closely with the Local Media team.

This role is hybrid, with four days in the office in Nashville.

Essential Job Duties and Skills:

Performs monthly Post Reports for each media buy.

Communication with outside vendors (media sales reps).

Exhibits strong negotiation skills.

Creates Shows Reports for each media buy.

Analytical and quantitative skills with a basic knowledge of marketing research.

Assisting with the collection of post logs.

Quick learner.

Deadline orientated.

Innovation.

Qualifications:

Knowledge in Nielsen is a plus.

Knowledge in Kantar is a plus.

Knowledge in Strata/Freewheel is a plus.

Advertising/Marketing focused.

Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.

Manages one’s own time and work efficiently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Google Sheets.

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
