We are looking for a CRM Specialist for administration and customization of our CRM system. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and related tools. This position will be a part of the IT Team, and will provide support for our Sales and Customer Support teams.

This role is a key player in maintaining and improving business process best practices, acting as an internal champion for CRM, and implementing continuous improvements improve company performance in Dynamics CRM.

A day on the job may include:

Customization of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM System

Administration of Users, Security Roles, and Teams

Integration of CRM with other platforms

Performing upgrades and implementing testing for new features

Working to improve sales processes

Provisioning business workflow processes

Coordinating with teams and end-users to troubleshoot and solve issues

Learning and communicating user requirements and desired outcomes

Planning and preparing tasks for multiple projects

This job may be for you if you have:

Experience with CRM or ERP systems

Experience with general cloud systems, including Microsoft O365 and Dynamics 365

Experience with Microsoft Omnichannel and Power Automate

Taken classes in Information Systems or CRM/ERP systems

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases

Strong computer skills, including familiarity with SQL Databases, and Windows-based programs such as Microsoft Office

Demonstrated the ability to grasp technical concepts and learn new systems quickly

Good follow-through on assigned projects and tasks

Ability to work independently

Manage multiple assignments

A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar experience

Real-world experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or ERP

Real-world experience working with Microsoft SQL
