What You’ll Do
Be the
primary point of contact
for customers needing service or repairs
Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend
honest, value-driven solutions
Communicate repair needs clearly and keep customers informed every step of the way
Manage service appointments efficiently to keep workflow moving
Stay current on products, services, and ongoing training
Follow up with customers to build
long-term relationships and repeat business
Maintain a
high CSI score
by resolving concerns quickly and professionally
What You Bring
A
strong work ethic
and a customer-first mindset
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1–5 years of automotive service experience
(preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
The drive to
learn, improve, and outperform expectations
