Key Responsibilities Design effective interactive solutions to enhance user satisfaction and usability. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups aligned with user and business goals. Apply visual design principles for cohesive interfaces across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful design implementation. Participate in Agile processes and adapt designs based on feedback.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience as a UX Designer in an Agile environment. Experience in the financial services industry. Expertise in industry-standard design tools is required. Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.
