Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Sperling is seeking a motivated critical thinker to join our Digital Marketing team as a Junior Paid Media Strategist. The ideal Junior Paid Media Strategist is a passionate, collaborative, super detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn everything digital. This candidate will provide support for a variety of different paid channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Spotify, Reddit, and more. Our clients are spread across many industries including Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Home Services. No experience in digital marketing? Our office is in the heart of downtown Salem, MA with plenty of coffee shops and great restaurants nearby, plus we offer work from home Fridays and half‑day Summer Fridays. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the day‑to‑day management of Google Ads, Meta, Reddit Ads and other platforms for a wide variety of clients Manage 10–15 small to medium sized clients on a monthly basis Monitor campaign performance regularly through Google Analytics and other web analytics tools; analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization. Conduct monthly reporting with analysis on traffic, leads, and areas of opportunities Collaborate with the team to implement conversion optimization tactics that improve click‑through rates (CTR) and conversion rates across digital channels. Stay up to date with industry trends and new campaigns available Become Google Ads Certified REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 0 to 1 year of experience in some form of digital marketing Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics a plus Proficient in Google Suite Products: Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. Highly detail‑oriented with a knack for problem solving.
