Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions
Proven expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate Sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Proficiency in market research and property valuation
Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
Experience with multifamily properties is a plus
