Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Site Superintendent for projects located in the Chicagoland area as well as Northern Indiana. The Site Superintendent will oversee daily job site operations, including scheduling, supervising installation teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves maintaining safety standards, coordinating with our install team and vendors, and ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams. Additionally, the Site Superintendent will review blueprints, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot any on-site issues in conjunction with the PM.
Qualifications Experience in overseeing construction sites and coordinating installation teams Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety standards Strong communication xsgimln and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients Time management and problem-solving skills to ensure project efficiency Familiarity with architectural metal fabrication and installation processes is a plus Prior experience with construction management software and tools High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is a plus OSHA 30 certification Fall Protection certification
