What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Review employer-provided materials to identify key points for content creation
Create study materials in the employer-provided web portal for U.S. Air Force service members
Write in technical English, adhering to industry standards for grammar and language
Submit work for approval and incorporate feedback during the review process
Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to content creation following employer guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate Degree (or higher) preferred
15 years of active‑duty USAF Enlisted experience in a selected career field
10 years of Military Technical reading/writing experience
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written form
Significant documented training in Air Force Specialty Codes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in English/Writing or relevant AFSC field
Experience as a Basic Instructor / EPME Instructor / Facilitator
