About The Role We’re looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys taking projects from concept through to print. You’ll work closely with our sales team, clients, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, on-brand design work that supports both new and existing business.

Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like) Design Delivery

Retail and sales briefs are interpreted accurately and executed creatively.

Designs are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Concepts, mock-ups, presentations, and final artwork meet quality and print-ready standards.

Minimal rework required due to strong attention to detail and briefing clarity.

Operational Excellence

Daily tasks are planned and prioritised effectively.

Planner, ETAs, and weekly reports are kept up to date.

All artwork is quality-checked before submission and print.

Templates, sizes, and artwork libraries are accurately maintained.

Collaboration & Communication

Clear, professional communication with sales, clients, suppliers, and printers.

Proactive feedback provided on progress, challenges, and clarifications.

Strong working relationships maintained internally and externally.

Commercial Support

Design work actively supports sales efforts to win new business and retain existing clients.

Artwork sizes and specifications are supplied timeously to enable accurate quoting.

Mock-ups, and print files are completed accurately.

Core Responsibilities

Interpret briefs and clarify requirements with sales and stakeholders.

Conceptualise, design, and execute creative work across multiple formats.

Produce mock-ups, presentations, and final print-ready artwork.

Apply and maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines.

Manage repro, DTP, and final quality checks before print.

Liaise with printers and suppliers; submit artwork correctly.

Update planners, reports, and KPIs consistently.

Maintain templates, artwork sizes, and design assets.

Participate in relevant internal and external meetings.

Experience taking campaigns from concept through to print (optional)

Repro and DTP experience (optional)

Experience & Qualifications

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design

0–3 years’ experience in a design studio or agency environment

Experience with retail or production design (advantageous)

Practical Requirements

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
