This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

Assists in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules. Gathers and prepares tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop‑floor teams. Gathers and prepares data for upload into offload tooling business systems. Identifies, coordinates and processes customer requirements for tooling products or information. Assists in the creation of and updates project schedules. Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures. Performs tooling product order processing. Prepares order packages for distribution. Performs associated general administrative duties. Manages electronic or physical drawings. Works under general supervision.

Qualifications

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience

SharePoint or similar experience

Experience working in a fast paced, high stress environment

Experience multitasking

Education or equivalent working experience

Project management familiarization is preferred

Pay Rate Range Min Pay Rate $25

Max Pay Rate $30
