Key Responsibilities
Process project-specific tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
Maintain accurate account records and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Assist with billing and transaction management processes
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Follow standard operating procedures and compliance requirements
Support account maintenance and data integrity initiatives
Requirements
Experience:
0-5 years in account management, customer service, or related field
Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on accuracy and precision
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
Adaptability:
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Availability:
Must be available to work standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM)
Location:
Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA (no remote work available)
Duration:
12-month contract
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
