Role Overview The Director of Community Relations & Foundation is responsible for overseeing the vision, strategy, and daily operations of the foundation. This includes managing fundraising campaigns, developing donor relations, directing grant‑making activities, and ensuring financial stewardship.
Must be able to fulfill a full time role Monday through Friday as needed, while being able to flex (days/hours) for community activities.
Responsibilities
Oversee the vision, strategy, and daily operations of the foundation
Manage fundraising campaigns and donor relations
Direct grant‑making activities and ensure financial stewardship
Supervise, mentor, and lead team members
Plan and execute successful community events
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or a business‑related field (master’s degree preferred)
Experience with administrative tasks such as budgeting, billing, and record‑keeping
3–5 years of demonstrated experience with fundraising, community development, and relations, meeting defined goals and targets
Proficiency with planning and executing successful events
