Summary The Sales Executive will identify, prospect, and secure EMR/EHR business opportunities with outpatient healthcare providers, leading a net‑new sales process targeting physicians and outpatient practices.
Responsibilities
Research, identify, and solicit potential clients, building rapport and providing product demonstrations and technical information.
Communicate the company value proposition effectively via phone, online, and in‑person channels.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
Develop sales strategies for client accounts, including calls, networking, and presentations.
Leverage internal and external resources to generate new leads.
Organize webinars, online events, and offline sales events to generate leads.
Conduct product demonstrations virtually and onsite.
Understand relevant challenges faced by target customers.
Track all activities in CRM.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling Electronic Health Record systems, from prospecting to closing contracts.
Ability to travel 50‑75% of the time throughout the US for client sites, trade shows, conferences, and sales presentations.
Other Qualifications
Self‑motivated with a sense of urgency in all sales activities.
Capable of working under pressure with set sales target goals.
Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, follow‑up, and closing skills.
Excellent face‑to‑face and virtual presentation skills.
Compensation Salary Range – $80,000 – $90,000 USD (base salary determined by background, skills, education, and experience).
Benefits include eighteen days of Paid Time Off per year (scales with tenure), nine Paid Holidays and one Floating Holiday, comprehensive insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), 401(k) plan with Company contribution, Flexible Spending Accounts, and an annual discretionary bonus.
