Our VP, Sales for the Application Testing business at Perforce is searching for a Manager, Sales to join the team. The Manager, Sales at Perforce serves as an accomplished professional in the realm of sales management. This role oversees a team of experienced sales professionals. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to strategize and execute company-wide sales initiatives, programs, processes, services, and enhancements. This proactive approach includes a focus on ongoing enhancement through data‑driven insights and analytics. Manager, Sales actively engages with key stakeholders to plan and implement improvements aimed at bolstering high‑performance sales outcomes. Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of commercial sales professionals Collaborate with stakeholders on sales initiatives and programs Execute company-wide sales processes and services Implement enhancements to bolster high-performance sales efforts Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, fostering team development Manage sales pipeline and forecast accuracy Develop and maintain key client relationships Ensure team compliance with sales policies and procedures Requirements:
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices for strategic implementation Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools for data‑driven decision making Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights Strong leadership and coaching abilities Adaptability to industry trends and competitive landscape changes Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay: $80,000 – $90,000 USD (target). Total annual compensation ranges from $90,000 to $180,000. This position is eligible for a Sales Commission Plan. Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time.
