Responsibilities
Reimagine mobile servicing and payment experiences for small business customers, defining, building, and accelerating digital experiences in the mobile app.
Define clear and actionable problem statements, leverage customer insights, and obsess over UX/UI patterns to create world-class omni-channel experiences.
Own and prioritize the product roadmap, deliver on business outcomes, and utilize data to define success metrics.
Partner with technology teams to drive architecture and design decisions, leading reusable and resilient capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities for performance and security metrics.
Develop and champion a bold vision, build frameworks for complex decision making, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Salary Range
McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900
New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400
Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400
