We are seeking an in-house
Marketing
Assistant
with 5+years of marketing experience to work closely with our Director of Marketing and Managing Partners on high-impact initiatives. This role supports marketing across branding, advertising, social media, and business development efforts, with a strong emphasis on networking and growing Accurise’s presence on LinkedIn.
Full-time & on-site: 400 Park Avenue, NYC
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Managing Partners on specialty marketing initiatives
Support and help execute marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, and brand initiatives
Manage and grow Accurise’s LinkedIn presence, including content coordination, engagement, and outreach
Update and maintain marketing materials, resumes, and firm credentials
Assist with proposal development, formatting, and coordination
Work closely with internal staff across all levels to gather information and align messaging
Engage with clients and potential clients to support relationship-building and visibility
Identify and help secure opportunities for Accurise to be represented externally,
Career fairs
Industry events
Social and professional outreach engagements
What We're Looking For?
Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the AEC community
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and advertising
Proven experience with social media marketing, especially LinkedIn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
Highly collaborative, personable, and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into polished materials
High level of organization and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Public Relations
