Burlebo is looking for a Designer II to join our team at our South Austin HQ. This is a hands‑on, fully in‑office role supporting the continued growth of our men’s apparel collections.
This position is ideal for an experienced designer with strong fundamentals in men’s apparel design who is ready to take more ownership in the design process, contribute creatively across seasons, and grow within a fast‑paced brand environment.

What You’ll Do
Support the design of men’s apparel and accessories from concept through production
Contribute to seasonal trend research, mood boards, and design direction
Create CADs, line sheets, and tech packs with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with fits, fabric development, trims, and sample reviews
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Development, Production, Sales, and Marketing
Help maintain brand consistency across all product categories
What We’re Looking For
7–10 years of apparel design experience (men’swear required; lifestyle, outdoor, or similar)
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Location: South Austin HQ — this is an in‑office position
