Cycle Projects is a New York City–based design firm that offers a creative and collaborative work environment with a portfolio in the hospitality sector, high-end urban residential projects, and vacation and resort properties.

We are a small firm that provides the opportunity for all team members to engage in all aspects of each project, from concept through construction. Our current projects include food and beverage, hotel hospitality, resort development, interior architecture, and high-end residential work, as well as fixture and furniture design.

We choose projects for their promising design opportunities and prioritize clients seeking a positive, collaborative experience in developing spaces that are functional and feature highly customized design treatments through space-making, finishes, furniture, and lighting.

Project Designer / Manager (minimum 3–5 years experience) Working with the project team, the candidate will be responsible for taking a management role on various projects. This includes management and production, as required, throughout all phases of each project. We are looking for a candidate with a strong design interest in hospitality and the organizational skills to ensure that high-quality projects are delivered in a well‑organized manner. Benefits are competitive and based on experience and skill level. Experience with AutoCAD, InDesign, and MS Office is required. Revit, Bluebeam, and basic 3D proficiency with Rhino are a plus.

Day‑to‑day tasks (but not limited to)

Take a management role on various projects, overseeing both project management and production tasks across all phases.

Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure projects are delivered in a high‑quality and well‑organized manner.

Bring strong design interest and sensibility in hospitality‑focused projects.

Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and documentation to maintain clear communication and project organization.

Utilize AutoCAD, InDesign, and other office standard applications for drawing production, documentation, and presentations.

Contribute to a positive studio culture and support continuous improvement of design and production processes.

Possible task of office business management and marketing.

Salaries are based on experience.
