As a

Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operation of your venue, support the members of our team and drive performance goals forward. If you strive to continually learn, build your strengths and lead by example, this is the position for you!

Our Supervisor Will Also

Oversee daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments

Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled

Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager

Troubleshoot technical issues and eliminate to IT or Local Management when needed

Assist with inventory, training and/or recruiting as needed

Report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty

Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home Photography experience not required

Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience

Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively

Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers

Operate POS system and photography equipment

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Team player who can work independently

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

At least 18 years of age

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
