Summary Objective This role promotes product and service growth with an innate curious, data-driven thinker who can turn data into actionable strategies. As a Marketing Growth Coordinator, you’ll be a key resource for leadership and business line owners, helping optimize products & services, drive engagement, and support innovation. This role is hands‑on, strategic, and focused on using data to make the member experience even better. Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and a positive contribution to our FIRST values is essential to this position.

Essential Functions

Analyze product & service performance

using data tools to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to grow adoption, engagement, and enhance the member experience.

Leverage marketing and digital platforms to engage existing and new members

presenting targeted product and service offerings.

Build and maintain reports and dashboards

that track product KPIs, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide insights that guide roadmap updates and decision‑making.

Collaborate with business line owners

to design, execute, and track targeted marketing campaigns that are measurable and optimized for results.

Support the product and innovation roadmap

by helping maintain alignment with organizational goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives, serving as a reliable resource for leadership.

Manage product & service lifecycle updates

by recommending enhancements, changes, or retirements for key products (i.e.: Credit Cards, Sunshine Checking, FirstFunds, Service Costs) and supporting cross‑functional execution.

Leverage data analytics to measure and recommend

to leadership growth strategies of assigned products & services.

Develops, maintains, and executes the credit union’s strategic product & services, innovation growth roadmap

in collaboration/partnership with marketing leadership, executive team and business line owners. Ensures the roadmap supports the credit union’s strategic business plan, organizational KPIs and product line owners’ plans and growth goals.

Assists stakeholders in developing marketing plans,

training content, and product & service policies and procedures.

Competencies

Knowledge of credit union operations, financial services & products.

Experience leveraging digital marketing platforms and digital banking tools/applications.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.).

Ability to interpret complex data and translate into clear recommendations.

Experience collaborating across departments to support product growth and marketing initiatives.

A proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented approach, with a passion for improving member experiences.

Computer proficiency, knowledgeable in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of all member facing systems (in‑branch and online).

Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical presence in the office setting is required.

Physical Demands This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Ability to work 40 hours; Monday – Friday. Periodic overtime may be required.

Travel Ability to travel to branch locations, community events, training and visit community partners is required.

Required Education and Experience

Associates degree, two‑years equivalent education certification(s) in relevant subject matter areas.

Three years related experience in financial services, data analytics and/or marketing.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Preferred Education and Experience

Previous experience with a credit union highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Multi‑lingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus.
