What We’re Looking For
Experience:
+5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, Legal Tech, or a high-growth startup.
Growth Mindset:
A "founder" mentality—you are comfortable with ambiguity and ready to build processes where none exist.
Language Mastery:
Native-level (or C2)
German
and fluent
English . Precision in legal‑adjacent communication is key.
Organizational Excellence:
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and event tools (Luma, Brella).
