* Oversees portfolios and/or Borrower requests of routine to medium complexity for securitized CMBS, Agency, SASB, SFR or other portfolios comprised of loans secured by income producing commercial real estate.* Analyze various financial reports, including property operating statements, loan guarantor financials, loan level covenants, and market economic data.
